Your Mission:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - Talent, Learning & Culture to join our HR team based in Milan! In this role, you will drive our global talent agenda, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure continuous learning and engagement across the organization. You will also lead and coach one junior HR team member while remaining hands-on in implementing key initiatives across Learning, Talent, and Engagement. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this role provides the opportunity to shape our culture and people strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership and regional HR teams to deliver impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage training programs across Corporate, Retail, and Production.
• Manage and consolidate the global L&D budget.
• Identify critical skills and organizational requirements, transforming them into actionable workforce planning and upskilling plans.
• Curate and maintain training content on our learning platforms.
• Partner with employees and managers to monitor team development and training effectiveness.
• Work with CHRO and CEO to design and implement a new Culture Playbook aligned with our brand values.
• Drive the Internal Communication strategy and execution.
• Design, plan, and deliver employee engagement activities.
• Conduct and analyze engagement surveys, partnering with Regional HR teams to define and implement action plans.
• Define and coordinate global talent and performance management policies and guidelines.
• Lead the annual Performance Management cycle.
• Analyze and report on key metrics (e.g., succession planning, alignment between performance and compensation, compliance with goal setting, etc.).
• Lead the talent acquisition process in EMEA.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives, including university events and global LinkedIn presence.
• Support Regional teams in local employer branding efforts.
• Implement continuous improvement and digitalization projects to enhance talent acquisition accuracy and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Engagement.
• Experience in Retail organization is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and coach at least one direct report.
• Track record in HR program management across multiple regions (global or EMEA scope preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Hands-on, execution-driven, and passionate about building culture and employee experience.
