Hr Manager

About the Company BCMGlobal, part of London‑headquartered LC Financial Holdings, is a leading independent operator in credit and asset management services in Europe. It operates in the Italian market through BCMGlobal Italy S.r.l, which has more than 25 years of experience and manages over €2 billion of assets for private‑equity firms, institutional investors, banks, financial intermediaries and corporate companies. The company provides a wide range of services by managing diverse asset classes including secured and unsecured loans, consumer credit, residential mortgages, corporate and SME loans, and real‑estate assets.

HR Manager Lead the HR function locally, working in close partnership with the Managing Director and the leadership team. This standalone HR role carries full ownership of the function in Italy, combining operational responsibility with exposure to business and organisational topics.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: lead end‑to‑end recruitment, define sourcing strategy, select recruitment channels, screen CVs and support hiring managers throughout selection and onboarding.

HR Administration: oversee time & attendance management, payroll process review, annual leave planning, maintain employee records and HR databases, and act as main point of contact for day‑to‑day HR matters.

Compliance & Policies: ensure compliance with Italian labour laws and regulations, develop, implement and maintain local HR policies aligned with Group guidelines.

Training & Development: plan and coordinate mandatory and non‑mandatory training programmes, support the design of career paths and succession planning for key roles.

Performance Management: coordinate and oversee the annual performance management cycle, manage tools and processes, and contribute to calibration and consistency across the organisation.

Employee Relations & Engagement: support line managers in employee relations issues, handle disciplinary procedures and complaints, and promote company culture and values through communication, initiatives and events.

Health & Safety: ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, coordinate mandatory training and medical check‑ups.

Reporting & HR Analytics: prepare monthly HR reports for the Managing Director and Group HR, provide data analysis and insights to support strategic workforce decisions.

Budget Partnership: partner with the Managing Director in staff budget definition and monitoring, deliver workforce cost analysis, budget variance reporting and recommendations for organisational and business decisions.

Qualifications

5–7 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services or similarly structured environments.

Strong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR processes.

Experience managing HR activities with a high degree of autonomy.

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, assertive communication, confidentiality and emotional intelligence.

Pragmatic, hands‑on approach with a proactive mindset.

Fluent Italian and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
