Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the HR strategy in alignment with institutional priorities.

Develop, update, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, role classification, and mobility processes.

Coordinate performance evaluation systems and professional development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, managing contractual and legal aspects.

Foster a respectful, transparent, and collaborative working environment.

Support leaders and staff with personnel matters, organizational planning, and workforce management.

Promote training, managerial development, and a culture aligned with the institution’s values.

Contribute to organizational improvement through process optimization and HR digitalization.

Qualifications

Degree in Law, Economics, Management, Organizational Studies, or related fields.

Postgraduate training in HR Management is a plus.

2–5 years of senior‑level HR experience, ideally in complex or non‑profit / educational environments.

Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and employment regulations.

Excellent leadership, mediation, and conflict‑management skills.

High organizational capability, discretion, and sensitivity to institutional culture.

Excellent command of both Italian and English.

A Quadro contract level will be offered.
