Overview

Structuring and Developing the Company in the Human Resources Area. The company aims to create an adequate management of internal resources, investing in collective and individual well-being and promoting the professional growth of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Management of internal human resources department.
  • Oversee personnel performances and reporting
  • Direct collaboration with external offices such as Payroll Office, Safety Consultant, and Training Entities.
  • Direct contact with HR’s office of CFMOTO HQ.

Activities

  • Recruitment and talent scouting
  • Monitoring and managing personnel costs (HC plan development)
  • Implementation of MBO (Management by Objectives) incentive plan for employees.
  • Promotion of training courses and employees development plan.
  • Company reference for the welfare plan and for consultants.
  • Responsible for safety and privacy policy.
  • Creation of company regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree. HR qualification is a plus.
  • Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources sector.
  • Familiarity with local and international employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Outstanding communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest and/or experience in the motorsport or motorcycles.
