Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you will shape the people agenda of three locations (Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano, Opera) in Italy for a global organization. This is your opportunity to influence senior leadership, drive meaningful cultural change, and make a lasting impact on both people and performance.As HR Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the Plant Director and leadership team, while also serving as the key link to the EMEA HR leadership team and global HR Centers of Excellence. You will lead a stable and engaged HR team supporting a workforce of 280+ employees, ensuring both operational excellence and the development of a forward-looking people strategy. This role requires a balanced and confident professional who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and challenge constructively when needed.**What’s in it for you*** Competitive salary* Performance-based bonus* Meal vouchers* Access to extensive training and development programs* Opportunity to work within an international, collaborative environment**Key Responsibilities*** Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Plant Director on all people-related topics* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations, providing expert guidance to leaders while proactively managing employee relations and mitigating legal and people-related risks* Drive and implement HR policies, processes, and tools aligned with business goals* Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team, fostering continuous growth and high performance* Strengthen talent management and succession planning, introducing a more proactive development mindset within leadership* Support organizational development, culture initiatives, and employer branding efforts* Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to implement programs across performance management, learning, and total rewards**Travel**: within country twice a month to our site in Porto Mantovano, occasionally to Opera (Italy) and within Europe for training or leadership meetings**Minimum Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, Law, or equivalent experience* Minimum 5 years of generalist HR management experience, ideally in an international and manufacturing environment* Proven experience managing and developing a team* Strong knowledge of local employment law* Fluency in both Italian and English**Preferred Qualifications*** Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively* Ability to translate business priorities into actionable people and talent strategiesEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
