About the HR Manager role

You will be responsible for all aspects of HR, with the support of a small HR team. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager and the local management team, and you will report to the Head of HR CEE.

As a service-oriented partner and advisor for all personnel-related matters, supporting both employees and managers with expertise in labor law and efficient HR processes, you will have a crucial role in maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace environment and contribute to the growth of the company. You will also ensure alignment with corporate HR strategy and policies and be part of an international team of HR Managers.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and personnel planning in collaboration with line managers
  • Support people growth and success through adequate performance management process, training and talent development initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance and handle employee relations
  • Collaborate with the external payroll provider to ensure a timely and accurate process
  • Min. 5 years in a similar position with overall, generalist HR responsibility, preferably in an international company.
  • Very good practical knowledge of Italian labor law
  • Very good English knowledge
  • Driving license and willingness to travel throughout the country.
