Ready to shape the future of a fast-growing, dynamic organisation? We’re looking for an HR Manager Italy to lead our clients people agenda and elevate their HR function to the next level.
Why This Role?
Italy is one of their fastest-growing markets with a young, energetic, mostly field-based salesforce of 140+ people (and growing!). You’ll partner closely with the Finance Director, General Manager, and the EMEA HR community to build a robust, strategic and people-centric HR organisation.
What You’ll Own
- Full HR leadership for Italy across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning & General Services
- Strategic HR business partnering with sales leaders
- Hiring & onboarding young, early-career talent and strengthening the quality of their sales recruitment
- Culture, engagement & development for a fast-moving, non-hierarchical, highly collaborative team
- Employee relations & conflict resolution as the go-to escalation point
- Rebuilding HR foundations after a transition period, bringing structure, compliance and operational excellence back
- Leading & growing a small HR team
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of senior HR roles (HR Manager or Senior HRBP), ideally in sales-driven environments (FMCG, retail, field sales, consumer goods, etc.)
- A pro at recruiting and developing field sales talent
- Strong in employee relations, conflict management and Italian labour law
- Hands-on, fast, pragmatic
- A natural coach and team leader
- Informal, people-oriented and commercially minded
- Business fluent in Italian and English
