For an Italian multinational company we are looking for a:
HR MANAGER EMEA - GROUP DEVELOPMENT & ORGANIZATION MANAGER
Mission:
Provide support to all group legal entities in terms of Organization and Employees development.
Major focus on performance & Talent management process
International Staffing on key resources and support world wide on initiatives and projects which aims to create a group culture
Be a reference within European countries (approx. 90 pax)
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 7-10 years of experience within HR complex organization covering similar role
- English fluency required
- Advanced HR tools skills
- Team player
- Positive attitude
- Success Factor (preferably)
