At its specialized Bolzano plant, the company designs and manufactures logistic, protected, and armoured vehicles, while also offering the complete IVECO commercial range adapted to meet the specific needs of defence customers. POSITION: HR Internship Bolzano – Iveco Defence Vehicles (Iveco Group)
Join a dynamic environment at the heart of a leading defence manufacturing facility. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both people and organizational development across the technical departments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for employees and shopfloor workers;
- Contributing to motivation, talent, and development initiatives;
- Providing administrative HR support.
You will also collaborate on:
- Building strong interactions with key company functions, including Department Managers, Team Leaders, and Supervisors.
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in Business Management or Economics; a specialized Master’s degree is preferred;
- A good level of English;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
