Your role

As a member of our HR Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams and facilitate our growth. Activities will include:

  • Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Implement talent development and performance management initiatives.
  • Support and execute onboarding activities.
  • Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks.


What we are looking for

  • Passion for People and especially for Talent Acquisition and HR
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Good vibe, driven, diplomatic, active listener, humble, hard-working
  • University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Can join from February 2026 for a 6-month internship
