Your role
As a member of our HR Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and collaborating with colleagues across all divisions to enhance our teams and facilitate our growth. Activities will include:
- Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Implement talent development and performance management initiatives.
- Support and execute onboarding activities.
- Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics.
- Provide ad-hoc support for broader HR-related tasks.
What we are looking for
- Passion for People and especially for Talent Acquisition and HR
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proactive and innovative mindset, confident to work in an extensively growing environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
- Good vibe, driven, diplomatic, active listener, humble, hard-working
- University degree - master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar will be considered a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Can join from February 2026 for a 6-month internship
