We are looking for bright students or recent graduates ready to to join our HR Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!

HR RECRUITER:

  • Support the development of programs and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement;
  • Manages job posting in recruitment channels and the related operational activities: manage the screening and scouting process and first phone interviews with candidates, keeping a record of the recruitment phases of each research, organizing the interviews at headquarters;
  • Manages new employee induction and all the on-boarding process;
  • Keeps contact with external suppliers (agency, universities);
  • Support the development of programs and initiatives to increase employee satisfaction and engagement;
  • Participates in Employer Branding Activities;
  • Supports the HRBP in organizational activities.


HR TRAINING SPECIALIST :

  • Support training and development initiatives by:

- Assisting in the training arrangements and suppliers/partners negotiation;

- Scheduling participants into training sessions;

- Tracking participants and training records;

- Managing the training register.

  • Monitoring of LinkedIn Learning Platform (adding new colleagues, promoting courses to targeted audiences, etc.);
  • Mapping possible opportunities for financing the development & training initiatives (Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, FSE) and support the management of the projects fund raising;
  • Support the deployment of Performance Management system according to Group HR guidelines;
  • Maintenance of the HR sections of Company sites (Internet and Intranet) and of the HR digital tools, and monitor the internal communication process in accordance with Group HR.


Skills & qualifications:


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree is needed (Psychology, Humanities, Economics and Management);
  • Master and or any other further qualification in HR is appreciated.


KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of HR IT tools is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of organizational methodologies, tools and schemes is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of excel is required.


LANGUAGES:

  • Fluent English and Italian
