Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Human Resources team in our Milan Headquarter as HR Intern, who can support us in attracting and engaging retaining top talents across our European platform.


You will work closely with the HRBPs throughout all the recruiting processes, consolidate your expertise in day-to-day people-related activities and gain hands-on experience in people management.


More broadly, your job will include:


  • Supporting the implementation of the HR recruiting strategy, from the definition to the sourcing and offer
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Partnering with the team to provide general support over the daily agenda of tasks and projects
  • Helping with the HR administration and documentation operations
  • Providing support in all the training initiatives and special projects



Your Skills


  • Master’s degree in Economics, Human Resources major will be a plus
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
  • Accuracy, organization and problem solving
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Good English both spoken and written is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in HR will be considered a plus
