Responsibilities
- How You’ll Make an Impact: As a trusted partner to the Leadership in the country, you will translate business requirements into human capital imperatives.
- Lead the country HR team and collaborates to implement projects and drive integration
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed / required
- Facilitate and support organizational development and organisational change measures on country level. Counsel and support local management in personnel & organization development and in the resolution of specific, usually escalated individual local HR issues
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and deploy global HR policies, strategies and instruments on Italian level
- Communicate and handle the implementation of HR strategy / new concepts, such as talent management, performance management framework, diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Ensure the right talent capabilities to support the business by driving and facilitating performance management and people development
What You Bring
- You have a degree in an accredited college or university.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- You have 3-5 years human resources experience with dealing with Works Councils / Unions in Italy
- You have proven success in encouraging and leading change in business.
- You have demonstrated the ability to challenge and influence at all levels
- Knowledge of the Italian Labor Code and legislative framework related to employee-employer relationships, preferably with CCNL settore metalmeccanico per le lavoratrici e i lavoratori addetti all\'industria metalmeccanica privata e alla installazione di impianti.
- International experience is a plus
