Responsibilities :


  • Responsible for a range of activities, from transactional to support of large projects within different locations / countries / regions
  • Independently handle various processes in the employee life cycle (on-boarding, off-boarding, changes, promotions, parental leaves and other leaves, etc.) ensuring all information and required supporting documentation is on file and is submitted to payroll on a timely manner
  • Manage relocation and transfer processes including visa applications where applicable, payroll transfers, etc.
  • Have a good understanding and practical knowledge of Company processes and policies
  • High level of autonomy when answering queries from employees and managers
  • Administer different benefit plans in compliance with local regulations and Company procedures and policies
  • Apply compliance knowledge to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risks
  • Maintain compliance with the assigned countries’ regulations concerning all aspects of employment (vacation, overtime pay, employee benefit eligibility, health & safety due process, payroll processed, etc.) to protect the Company from possible liabilities / risks
  • Assist with the localization and implementation of personnel policies and procedures in all the necessary regions
  • Proactively work with local legal advisors when necessary to obtain any necessary guidance required for the company’s operations
  • With support of the Employee Relations Team or other senior colleagues, process employee relations issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed. This could involve lead meetings and taking notes.
  • Assist with creating and / or editing contracts and handbooks ensuring content accuracy and submit for final review
  • Prepare various documents (agreements, addendums, reference letters, etc.)
  • Keep soft and hard employee files up-to-date
  • Ensure employee data are kept updated on the HRIS (i.e. Workday) and produce relevant reports
  • Educate managers and employees with HRIS (i.e. Workday) usage


Required skills/experience

  • Minimum 3-year experience within Human Resources
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, preferably with Human Resources focus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (written and verbal)
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
  • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
  • Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
  • Working knowledge with a HRIS (Workday)
