We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing international team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, overseeing the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a "hands-on" professional who balances administrative excellence with a people-centric approach to improving our workplace culture.
Main activities & accountabilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for assigned perimeters, ensuring administrative precision and a seamless experience from talent acquisition and onboarding to offboarding.
- Coordinate HR and payroll operations, maintaining accurate employee data, contract administration, and HRIS integrity to ensure timely and compliant execution.
- Assist the foreign Branches in HR operational matters, ensuring smooth communication with the Headquarter.
- Drive employer branding and internal communication initiatives to boost team motivation, engagement, and a cohesive company culture across different locations.
- Monitor HR KPIs and labor costs, identifying trends and proposing process improvements to optimize organizational efficiency and reporting.
- Support global HR development projects, contributing to the design and rollout of new programs, wellbeing initiatives, and talent management cycle.
Requirements:
- Experience of 3-5 years in HR, ideally within a multinational manufacturing or commercial environment, with solid background of Italian labor law and CCNL.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures with a proactive attitude.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a natural ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel); hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Zucchetti or SAP is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. xdwybme Knowledge of French/German is a plus.
