Job Overview:
We are looking for a bright, proactive, and motivated HR Generalist to join the Human Resources Department.
This is a transversal role designed to provide hands-on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well-rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.
Key Activities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
- Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes
- Attend and represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events
- Maintain relationships with universities and talent pipelines
Communication, Engagement & Employer Branding
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives
- Assist in developing employer branding initiatives
- Help create communication materials related to HR projects and programs
People Management & Development
- Support performance management processes
- Assist in training coordination and learning initiatives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR tools and people management systems
- Collaborate on organizational development projects
HR Operations & Administration
- Assist with employee documentation and HR records management
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR field
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
- Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on attitude
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (creation of professional presentations and reporting materials)
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital HR technologies (e.G., AI for recruitment screening, data analysis, content creation) is considered a strong plus
- Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English;
