In this role you lead end-to-end HR for the SEMEA cluster from Milan, driving strategic and hands‑on HR excellence to deliver a superior employee experience. You partner with the GM and leadership to translate business priorities into people solutions, fostering continuous improvement and a culture centered on talent.
