Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end HR for the SEMEA cluster from Milan, driving strategic and hands‑on HR excellence to deliver a superior employee experience. You partner with the GM and leadership to translate business priorities into people solutions, fostering continuous improvement and a culture centered on talent. You implement people‑centric practices aligned with Pandora’s global ambitions and governance. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape growth, transformation and organizational capability.

Responsabilità
- Senior HR leadership experience in complex, fast‑paced environments

- Strong grounding in metrics, cost discipline and performance management
- Expertise in people and culture with Italian labor law knowledge
- Retail or consumer‑facing experience is a strong plus
