For one of our clients, a prominent organization within its industry in Albania, we are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of:

HR DIRECTOR - ALBANIA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Human Resources and General Services division, reporting directly to the General Manager and functionally to the HR Director at the corporate level.
  • Collaborate with the HR Competence Centers at the group level to execute the company’s people strategy locally.
  • Supervise and manage all local HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training programs, performance evaluations, budgeting, disciplinary procedures, labor relations, union negotiations, litigation, and external partnerships.
  • Oversee General Services functions alongside Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for activities within the Communication department.


Your Profile:


  • Proven track record of success in HR roles within structured international organizations, as well as experience in dynamic, start-up settings.
  • A motivational leader with exceptional ability to drive change and inspire others.
  • Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders effectively.
  • Academic background in Economics or Humanities.
  • Proficient in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Human Capital Management systems.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Flexible, proactive, innovative, and results-driven.
  • A collaborative team leader who fosters synergy and empowers individuals.
  • Acts as a coach and mentor to support both team members and organizational stakeholders.
  • Strong listening skills and a genuine commitment to the well-being of employees.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the HR function, with expertise across the employee lifecycle, from hiring to retirement.
  • Combines a strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities, acting as a facilitator and trusted business partner.
  • Analytical and data-oriented, ensuring decisions are grounded in insights.
