Bulgar i, within its Corporate HR Department based in Rome , is looking for an HR Development Specialist who will champion the company's efforts in sustaining a performance-driven culture.

He/She will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify needs that foster the development of talent in Bulgari.

He/She will monitor processes and tools including performance management, talent assessment & development programs, leadership & soft skills learning programs, engagement & wellbeing projects.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Support in designing and managing leadership and talent development programs
  2. Run assessment/development centers such as: web assessment, role playing, tests & questionnaires, interviews, leadership, and individual development programs
  3. Manage 360 feedback process
  4. Manage, consolidate and analyze exit interviews & surveys
  5. Perform career interviews
  6. Ensure data coverage and data quality of the talent management system
  7. Develop audits to identify training needs and targeted training programs
  8. Run the Bulgari Learning offer (soft, behavioral and leadership trainings)
  9. Schedule and organize training events and sessions (date, place, equipment, catering, invitations, materials, etc.). Guarantee effective and efficient classroom tutoring and collect trainees’ feedback.
  10. Closely monitor Talent/Development KPI’s progress (statistical analysis)
  11. Internal survey design, implementation & analysis
  12. Construction, monitoring and budget controlling

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:

  1. 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  2. Master’s degree
  3. Assessment method skills
  4. Coaching and counselling skills
  5. Evaluations tools and methodologies (Certification to submit personality tests)
  6. Analytical skills
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel)
  8. Fluency in Italian and English
