We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive HR Cost Controlling Manager to lead the financial oversight of our personnel-related activities. In this key position, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR costs, driving budget and forecast accuracy, and delivering insightful reporting on workforce KPIs. Responsibilities of the role:
- Account, analyze, and control the monthly costs of the company's personnel, also in relation to Budget and Forecast discrepancies, as well as cost centers and accounting categories.
- Manage, develop, and consolidate Budget and Forecast activities related to personnel and HR issues, also conducting periodic predictive and ad hoc analysis on the economic performance of personnel costs.
- Pay special attention to operational parameters related to personnel: manage, develop, analyze, and regularly produce the reporting requested by the HR Management, the European Headquarters, and Operations related to personnel KPIs (e.g. headcount, FTE workforce, overtime, turnover, absenteeism, holiday management, impact of compensation policies, etc.).
- Proactively support various company departments in the reporting and statistics required by institutional bodies (e.g. Auditors, Statutory Auditors, ISTAT, etc.).
- Contribute to the creation of dashboards focused on personnel analysis with the construction and use of BI and HR Analytics systems.
- Manage monitoring, analysis, control, and reporting on both Restructuring and Personnel Internalization and Acquisition projects.
- Manage the calculation and finalization process of the variable incentive system (MBO, Sales bonus, etc.) in collaboration with the HR Director, European headquarters, and FP&A department.
- Coordinate with HR Managers to produce analyses useful to Business Directors.
- For all matters within their competence, coordinate punctually and effectively with the HR Director, Finance department, line Managers, and all colleagues, also managing feedback operations and inputs from the Headquarter.
- Add value in implementing analysis and coordinating cross-functional projects and new rules/processes in accordance with Group policies, coordinating with all company departments.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Direct experience in HR Cost Controlling within HR departments, plus 2 years in Management Control in multinational companies operating in the industry or business services sector.
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong skills in using the Office package (especially Excel and Power BI), with knowledge of Zucchetti HR Analytics and SAP Success Factor preferred.
- Experience in business start-up phases and associated implementations.
- Excellent relational skills for productive collaboration with external and internal clients.
- Numerical analysis, problem-solving, results orientation, confidentiality, punctuality, and strong critical thinking skills.
