Position’s purpose:
As part of the HR team in the Europe & Middle East Region, you will be involved in the payroll cost controlling and forecasting at regional level, monthly HR reporting and ad-hoc analysis and projects. You will also support the people administration for the assigned countries.
Main activities:
- Prepare and submit the LVMH monthly HR reporting in coordination with the local HR Managers
- Support local Retail teams in the definition of sales force incentives structure & management of the monthly payout
- Support the people administration for the assigned countries (contracts drafting, disciplinary, timekeeping etc.)
- Collect information related to new joiners, leavers and moves monthly
- Update the database on a regular basis with the consolidation of the personal information (gender, date of birth, role, etc.)
- Ad hoc missions: survey, input on calculation, annual report, commission and salary review
Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Fluent English is a must
- Ability to use MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Passion and commitment
- A short previous experience will be an advantage
- Open for a temporary contract ( 6 months )
