Are you ready to be a strategic partner at the heart of a fast‑moving international business? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with our Sales, Service, and Customer Care teams — shaping talent, driving performance, and enhancing the customer experience every day.

What You’ll Do
Talent & Capability Development
- Spot and develop the skills our Sales and After Sales teams need to excel
- Partner with L&D to create programs in negotiation, customer management, technical service, and commercial effectiveness
Organization & Workforce Planning
- Ensure teams are structured for success — right people, right skills, right agility
- Optimize organizational design for better productivity, faster responses, and happier customers
People & Performance Management
- Coach managers on team performance, engagement, and commercial KPIs
- Lead performance cycles for sales and technical teams with measurable impact
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Drive strategies to attract top talent in commercial and technical roles
- Strengthen our employer brand to make us the employer of choice
Compensation, Retention & Compliance
- Support competitive incentive schemes and retention plans
- Ensure HR processes meet compliance standards while empowering frontline teams
Change Management & Culture
- Guide teams through growth, new markets, and evolving service models
- Promote a culture of customer focus, collaboration, and service excellence
- Champion well-being and engagement tailored to field and technical teams
Business Partnering
- Build strong relationships across Sales, After Sales, and internal support functions
- Smooth workflows, reduce friction, and enhance customer outcomes
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in Sales or Service organizations
- Familiarity with multinational B2B/B2C environments with commercial and technical teams
- Fluency in Italian & English
- Degree in Economics, Psychology, HR, or related fields
- Passionate about people, performance, and customer-focused results
