HR Business Partner - STAGE

Role purpose:
To support HR projects across the line of business working closely with the HR Business partners for delivery, adoption, alignment and improvement of employee lifecycle processes.
Key accountabilities :
- Support the team HR Business Partners with the delivery of employee life cycle processes
- Contribute to team initiatives, internal communications, and welcoming new joiners
- Support in preparing documentation for audits
- Support corporate culture initiatives within team
- Support delivery of our Talent & Skills plan and associated interventions
- Management and updates of HR reporting
- Ad hoc HR projects
Skills/ capabilities:
- A self-starter with determination to succeed
- Proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Learning agility
- Fluent in English
Skills/ capabilities the Intern will develop as part of this rotation:
- Data analysis skills
- Exposure to employee life cycle processes and initiatives linked to talent and skills
Other details:
- 6 months stage
- 800 € per month + 7€ ticket restaurant
