Responsibilities:
Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.
Duties:
Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.
Duties:
- Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects;
- Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities;
- Support the implementation of the annual training plan;
- Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements;
- Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers;
- Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc)
- HR reporting
- English Advanced knowledge;
- Excel Advanced knowledge;
- Power Point Intermediate knowledge;
- Communicate at different levels;
- Collaboration.
