HR Business Partner Specialist

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Specialist to join our HR team , a professional who will act as a strategic point of contact for our departments, supporting business growth through effective people management and organizational development.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner for dedicated business units, providing guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring alignment with corporate goals
• Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Manage employee relations and provide consultancy on labor law and company policies, ensuring compliance with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL
• Identify training and development needs within the teams, collaborating on talent management initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects (e.g., compensation & benefits, organizational changes, internal communication) to enhance the employee experience
• Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making processes

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields
• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP or Generalist.
• Previous experience in the industrial machinery sector and familiarity with the Italian Metalmechanic CCNL is highly appreciated
• Excellent command of the English language (C1 level is required)
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a high degree of flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, technological environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, precision, and a proactive mindset
