HR BUSINESS PARTNER - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA'

Mission

The resource will have an important focus on:

• Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics
• Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context
• Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well abseenteism and support on payroll area.
• Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue.
• Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions.
• Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention.
• Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc.

Profile

Education: Bachelors/Master degree Experience:

• 4/5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant

Skills and competences required:

• Good interpersonal and relationship skills Good communion skills
• Ability to work under pressure, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities
• Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
• Team- working
• proactivity and flexibility
• Fluency in Italian and English, French is a plus
