In this HR Business Partner role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Technogym's international markets. You'll shape people strategies to drive growth, effectiveness, and a values-led, performance-oriented culture. You will manage the full employee lifecycle within a matrix organization and collaborate with global HQ teams to align plans with market practices. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop talent, onboard new hires, and use data-driven insights to inform decisions. • Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to development and rotations

Responsabilità

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 6 years in international business partnering
• Experience in industries with complex structures (luxury products, technology, health) and HR management for retail, e-commerce, and direct sales
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; HR analytics exposure a plus
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and trends for strategic decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
