Be the local HR partner and a driver of HR process excellence


This role will act as the primary HR contact at plant level, partnering closely with the Plant Manager and local leadership team, while being fully integrated into the Italian HR team. Beyond the local HR agenda, this role will also play a key part in consolidating and strengthening HR administrative systems and processes across the Italian cluster, contributing to standardization, governance and operational efficiency. Your Mission

  • As HR Business Partner – Plant & HR Operations, you will:
  • At Plant Level – Business Partnership & People Leadership
  • Act as the trusted HR partner to the Plant Manager
  • Support leadership effectiveness, organizational stability and performance culture
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices in line with local legislation and company standards
  • Be the main HR contact point for managers and employees at the plant
  • You will coordinate and support the following HR processes in alignment with the Italian HR team:
  • Recruitment & selection
  • Talent identification and retention support
  • Learning & development coordination
  • Employee relations & social dialogue (conflict management, disciplinary processes, interactions with employee representatives)
  • Payroll coordination and labor administration follow-up (in close collaboration with the country HR structure)
  • Absenteeism monitoring and workforce data analysis
  • Onboarding & offboarding processes
  • HR reporting and local compliance
  • Support audits and certifications from an HR perspective
  • At Cluster Level – HR Operations & Process Consolidation


In addition, you will:

  • Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of HR administrative processes across the cluster
  • Support improvements in payroll governance, HR reporting and master data accuracy
  • Help streamline HR workflows and approval processes
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives (digitalization, process alignment, data consolidation)
  • Act as a bridge between plant realities and cluster HR operational standards
  • This makes the role both operational and structural: close to the shopfloor, but also contributing to building a more robust and scalable HR organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a multinational manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven experience in employee relations and labor law
  • Exposure to payroll and HR administration processes
  • Experience contributing to process standardization or HR operations improvement is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Solid MS Office skills;
    experience working in evolving HR systems environments is an advantage
