Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people management topics, providing guidance and HR expertise.
  • Advise leaders on performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives, leveraging workforce data and HR metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage complex individual cases and sensitive HR situations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
  • Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability development through the analysis of headcount trends, workforce data and talent insights.
  • Support skills mapping initiatives and the evolution of critical competencies within the IT organization, identifying capability gaps through data analysis.
  • Support the deployment and execution of performance management processes, analyzing performance data and talent indicators to identify development opportunities.
  • Assist managers in defining career paths and development plans for employees based on skills analysis and organizational needs.
  • Identify high-potential talent and propose targeted development actions supported by talent analytics and performance insights.
  • Support salary review cycles, benchmarking activities, and retention initiatives through compensation data analysis and market comparisons.
  • Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement and workforce productivity to identify trends and support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau to communicate HR insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate HR frameworks and governance.
  • Support employee relations activities, acting as a first point of HR contact for managers.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and HR procedures within the assigned scope.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives and transformation projects across IT divisions, using workforce data and analytics to monitor impact and support decision-making.
