To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for our manufacturing site in Isola della Scala.
The selected candidate will report to the Country HR Head and, acting as a strategic advisor to management and actively supporting employees, will contribute to the company’s success through targeted HR initiatives aligned with the organization’s vision.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary HR contact for the site, both for management and employees.
- Support the Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team in people development through assessment tools, job rotation, role changes, succession planning, and active collaboration with the CoEs.
- Guide employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, and offboarding.
- Facilitate the Performance Management process and strengthen the feedback culture, ensuring the implementation of structured plans to meet training and development needs.
- Coordinate with CoEs on country-wide projects shared across multiple sites (Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development).
- Collaborate with the HR Operations team on defining and implementing compensation policies and legal/contractual matters.
- Manage labor relations, involving the Country HR Head for specific topics.
- Translate global HR procedures into local operational processes.
- Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs and support climate surveys, following up on the implementation of related action plans.
- Support management in handling disciplinary issues and absenteeism.
- Promote internal communication initiatives and disseminate company activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in the role within multinational manufacturing environments.
- Educational background in economics or law.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and mediation skills.
- Strong business orientation and strategic HR mindset.
- Willingness to work in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and labor relations.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
