If so, join us as an HR Business Partner Intern , based in Milan , supporting Italy and Iberia . In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver strategic people initiatives and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain real exposure to HR business partnering, talent management, and people analytics in a fast-paced, multicultural environment—where your contribution will make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations , including employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
- Participate in onboarding sessions and early-talent engagement activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives , surveys, and DE&I programs.
- Assist in performance review cycles, training coordination, and development initiatives.
- Collect and analyze HR data (turnover, recruitment, attendance) and contribute to HR dashboards.
- Support the HRBP team with employee relations activities, policy updates, and compliance tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field.
- You have fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English - written and spoken.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can interact at all levels.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Professionalism and discretion are part of you when handling confidential information.
- You are proficient in MS Office ; knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus.
- Genuine passion for HR and strong motivation to learn about HR business partnering.
