Your Mission:

We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner Corporate & Retail EMEA, the HR Business Partner Intern will support the team in the implementation of both strategic and operational HR initiatives across Corporate and Retail populations within the EMEA region. This role offers valuable hands-on exposure to key HR areas, including performance management, compensation and incentives, talent development, recruitment, and HR analytics, actively contributing to the effective execution of HR processes and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in recruitment activities, including managing Indeed campaigns and assisting in the sourcing of key Retail profiles across EMEA.
• Support internal recruiting processes by monitoring and maintaining internal policies and newsletters related to key Retail roles.
• Assist in the implementation of Retail training initiatives (e.g., Store Manager Academy, Performance Management Weeks, ecc..) and support the creation of materials for EMEA countries.
• Assist in the collection of data and monitoring of HR KPIs for both Corporate and Retail populations across EMEA.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR is considered a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
