As an HR Business Partner, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Joining our Corporate Functions HR business partnering team, you will be responsible for supporting senior people leaders across Europe. Understand business goals and translate them into people strategies
Partner with leaders to align workforce planning, budgets, HR operations and talent activities to deliver the results they need
Analyze business performance, market trends, and key metrics to provide data driven recommendations
5-8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment
Strong business acumen
Fluent English
Fluency in an additional European language would be an advantage
