As the HR Business Partner International at Technogym, you will act as a strategic partner and hands‑on HR generalist across global operations. You’ll align people strategy with business goals, coach leaders, and manage talent development in a fast‑paced, matrix environment. You’ll shape international HR processes, data‑driven decisions, and stakeholder relations to enable sustainable growth. This role offers influence across the employee lifecycle in a renowned fitness tech brand with a global footprint.

• Monitor personnel costs and global organizational design
• Maintain policies and procedures and act as trusted ER advisor
• Partner with local HR leadership and global HQ HR to design and deliver people plans
• Provide coaching on HR topics and act as a trusted advisor to managers
• Maintain HR data accuracy and manage HR metrics to drive results
• Be a Technogym brand ambassador and provide best‑in‑class HR support to local leadership
• Define recruiting needs and support Talent Acquisition in final steps
• Onboard and develop Technogym talents (Next Gen)
• Develop and retain talent via training, coaching, career development, and succession planning
• Provide market labor trends and benchmarking to align salaries and market conditions

Responsabilità

• 8+ years of HR experience as HRBP or HR Manager
• Experience in a matrix organization and multinational environments
• Experience in Direct Sales, Luxury brands, or Sports sector
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Experience with HR ERP systems; SAP/SuccessFactors nice to have
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills; able to persuade based on logic
• Business acumen with P&L understanding and data‑driven mindset
• Project management and execution skills
