Mission and responsibilities Reporting to the HR Manager Italy, the HR Business Partner will support the Italian business across people processes, employee relations and organizational initiatives.
Partnering closely with managers and employees, the role will contribute to delivering an effective HR support model, driving key HR processes and supporting business priorities across a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and employees to understand business priorities and provide effective HR support and solutions.
Support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and offboarding.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and a positive work environment.
Coordinate key HR processes, including objective setting, performance review, compensation review and training activities.
Collaborate with Payroll & Administration and other HR stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Support the implementation and adoption of HR tools and systems.
Contribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives and transformation activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in an international environment.
Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices.
Experience in business partnering and employee relations.
Experience managing recruitment processes.
Familiarity with HRIS and HR tools.
Exposure to payroll and HR administration topics is considered a plus.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Annual gross salary range: €40,000 – €50,000
