For a leading company in the logistics sector, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join the team at the Torrazza (TO) site.
The selected candidate will be part of a structured HR team and will be responsible for managing both operational and digital activities related to personnel administration, ensuring a positive employee experience and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing attendance, absences, and reporting
- Supporting employees in using digital HR tools
- Collaborating with HR and Operations teams
- Monitoring compliance and reviewing automated processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, or reception roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Discretion in handling sensitive data
- Knowledge of the English language
Working hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Initial contract: 3 months
