Job Title: Employee File Retrieval & Review Specialist

Location: Romagnano Mill, Italy (Onsite)

Duration: 3-Week Project

Rate: $20/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • File Retrieval: Locate and collect employee records from multiple storage locations, including physical archives and digital systems.
  • Data Review: Examine employee files for completeness and accuracy following established project guidelines.
  • Documentation: Track progress, maintain logs of retrieved files, and document findings for project leads.
  • Collaboration: Work with regional HR teams and project partners to coordinate file retrieval and resolve discrepancies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify missing or difficult-to-find documents and escalate issues when necessary.


Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration, records management, compliance support, or similar administrative roles .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills .
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable handling confidential employee information while adhering to data privacy standards.
  • Familiarity with global HR processes is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems .


Project Environment & Expectations

  • High File Volume: The project involves reviewing large quantities of employee records, some dating back several decades.
  • Physical Archives: Files may be stored in boxes, closets, or off-site storage areas, requiring persistence and occasional physical handling.
  • Investigative Work: Some records may be incomplete or misfiled, requiring problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Deadline-Driven: Work must be completed within a defined project timeline.
  • Global Coordination: The role may involve collaboration with HR teams across multiple countries and time zones.
