Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administrative foundations of Human Resources within a fast-paced environment.
Under the guidance of your mentor, you will support the daily operations that ensure our employees have a seamless experience from their first day onwards.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Documentation: Assist in drafting employment contracts, extension letters, and various HR-related documents.
- Onboarding Support: Help collect and verify required documentation for new hires and ensure their profiles are correctly set up in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Time & Attendance: Support the monitoring of leaves, absences, and medical certificates to ensure accurate records.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update digital and physical employee files, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.
- Payroll Support: Assist the team in gathering monthly payroll data and variable inputs for payslip processing.
- Education: Recent graduate or current student in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Language: Fluency in English/Italian is required.
- Attitude: A “can-do” mindset and a genuine interest in labor law and HR processes.
