Position Summary

The HR Specialist supports the HR Admin Manager in managing labor relations and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper application of company procedures. He/she collaborates with the HR team and functional managers to guarantee efficient and compliant processes.


Key Responsibilities

Labor Relations

  • Support the management of relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for collective agreements and company-level agreements.
  • Provide support in handling disputes and disciplinary procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and prepare informative reports.


HR Administration

  • Assist in managing employee records and updating the HRIS system.
  • Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider.
  • Collaborate in managing benefits and responding to employee requests.
  • Prepare HR reports (Headcount, Costs, KPIs, ISTAT questionnaires, etc.).
  • Assist in managing audits and internal controls.
  • Support hiring processes and contract management.


Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on labor relations and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Commerce National Collective Agreement (CCNL Commercio ).
  • Excellent English skills.

  • Knowledge of INAZ or similar HR management systems.
