Currently we are looking for a HR Administration Specialist.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative HR support for the full employee’s lifecycle (hiring practices, terminations, level changes, job changes, mandatory communications to employment offices, …)
- Administration of interns lifecycle
- Take care of time management activities before monthly closing (detection of attendances and balancing of employee’s timesheets, input of absences according to employee’s requests) and after (issue of variables/backlogs files)
- Control and management of anomalies detected in draft payslips
- Management of sickness
What will help you to be successful?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or “Consulenza del Lavoro"/Economics/Law
- Good command of English
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge (proficient in Excel)
- Accuracy, Interest, knowledge and/or experience in HR would be your advantage
- Result orientation and team-working skills
- Pro-active attitude and innovation spirit
