About The Role
The ideal candidate will act as the internal point of reference for HR administration and payroll processes, playing a key role in the management and governance of Zucchetti HR modules. The position is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and finalize time and attendance data through Zucchetti (Presenze Project), including the analysis and resolution of discrepancies and anomalies.
- Enter and verify payroll variables (overtime, allowances, absences, reimbursements) within the Zucchetti system.
- Coordinate with the external payroll provider for payroll processing and payslip validation.
- Oversee monthly payroll-related activities and statutory compliance requirements (INPS, INAIL, CU, Model 770, pension and welfare funds).
- Manage employee master data and contractual information within Zucchetti HR modules.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding attendance records, payslips, and contractual matters.
- Act as a Key User for HR systems, providing support to internal users, delivering operational training, and contributing to HR system enhancement and migration projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a specialization in HR Administration, Payroll, and Social Security Contributions.
- 4–7 years of experience in HR Administration and/or Payroll roles.
- Strong knowledge of Zucchetti HR modules, in particular: Presenze Project / Workflow.
- Solid understanding of Italian labor law and relevant collective bargaining agreements (CCNLs).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and capability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good command of the English language.
Pay range and benefits package
- Gross annual salary: from €30.000 to €40.000
