On behalf of one of our esteemed client companies operating in the fashion sector, we are looking for a qualified professional for the role of:

HQ VISUAL MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR ITALY / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate VM communication in Italy across local offices, Europe, and boutiques, ensuring alignment and effective information flow.
• Ensure excellence in VM execution (windows, displays, launches, events) through store visits, operational support, and feedback.
• Plan and manage the VM calendar, team schedules (including night shifts), and installation logistics.
• Train and support the in-store VM community, fostering high standards and collaboration.
• Supervise installations and animations, reporting, and coordination with European teams and suppliers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• 5–6 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Proven experience in VM execution, launches/events, guidelines implementation, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills (calendars, scheduling, logistics).
• Experience in training and supporting VM teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools (e.g., IWD).
• Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus).
