As Maintenance Subject Matter Expert you will drive the continuous improvement of maintenance across Pirelli factories from the HQ, partnering with the PME program to lift reliability, uptime, and cost efficiency. You will develop standards, train colleagues at the Pirelli Academy, and support site teams to scale best practices globally. This role blends technical maintenance leadership with cross-functional collaboration and international travel. You will shape the maintenance backbone of our manufacturing excellence mission.

opportunity to influence global maintenance standards
Develop and maintain maintenance standards and methods for the professional and autonomous maintenance streams, and create training material.
Act as a trainer at the Pirelli Academy to build competence in HQ and factories.
Support Plant Directors, maintenance leaders, and improvement teams to implement standards per the Pirelli System Road Map, including on-site missions.
Identify and promote good practices across factories and facilitate their adoption elsewhere.
Monitor PME implementation progress and project outcomes.
Serve as an assessor during factory audits.
10+ years of manufacturing experience with significant maintenance and Lean management exposure.
Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management.
Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese) considered a plus.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems and Professional/Autonomous Maintenance methods.
Ability to work in international teams and travel.
