We are launching a new DMC ( Destination Management Company) dedicated to curated extra-hotel experiences and services for the Italian Market.
For this project we are hiring a Sales Manager-DMC, reporting directly to the Chied Travel Officer and based in Palermo.
Build and grow the revenue of the DMC, defining its commercial strategy and the distribution network for extra hotel experiences and services in the Italian market.
Develop the commercial plan and deliver the platform’s sales and margin targets.
Build and manage the B2B and B2C distribution network (tour operators, agencies, OTAs, hotel partners, direct sales).
Define pricing, packaging and commercial policies together with the Chief Travel Officer.
Track commercial KPIs, forecasts and reporting; analyse market and competitors.
4–7 years in commercial roles within travel / hospitality (DMC, tour operator, hospitality or similar).
~ Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
~ Knowledge of the Italian travel market and its distribution network.
~ Native or fluent Italian; good English.
Ongoing training and access to professional development courses.
