Hotel manager for two 5* hotels in Florence

We are looking for an experienced, practical and energetic Italian speaking manager to open a 5 star hotel in Florence, called the Palazzo Tolomei. We will be entirely refurbishing this property and plan to open in 2026.

We have also purchased a beautiful castle, the Castello di Santa Maria Novella. We are currently refurbishing it to a top 5 star hotel. This opening is planned for 2027.

This is a job for someone with the energy to create and transform a beautiful property which has massive potential. You will need to be independent, hard working and practical. This project also involves producing wine and olive oil.
