Hotel manager for a castle

We are looking for a very practical and energetic Italian speaking manager to open what will be one of the best hotels in Florence. The Palazzo Tolomei. We will be entirely refurbishing this property and plan to open in Q3 2026.

We have also purchased a beautiful castle, the Castello di Santa Maria Novella. We are also refurbishing the Castello to a top 5 star hotel. This opening is planned for Q2 2027

This is a job for someone with the energy to create and transform a beautiful property which has massive potential. You will need to be independent, hard working and practical.
