Hotel Manager
We are a luxury boutique hotel seeking a Hotel Manager to join our management team. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, supervising department heads, and driving service excellence to meet and exceed revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead the team and daily operations to deliver memorable customer experiences and achieve set targets.
- Address customer concerns promptly and foster a culture of service recovery to enhance customer loyalty.
- Assist in developing hotel budgets and strategic goals, both short-term and long-term.
- Provide leadership to the management team and staff to ensure targets are met while maintaining high engagement and motivation.
- Coordinate service delivery across all operational departments to exceed guest expectations.
- Control costs within departments and analyze results regularly to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular briefings and meetings with department heads to share guidance, gather feedback, and improve staff and guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience as Director of Operations or Hotel Manager in five-star properties.
- Extensive background in Food and Beverage and Room Division Management.
- Strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
