An exceptional leadership opportunity has arisen for a General Manager, or an outstanding Hotel Manager ready for their first GM role to lead a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of Milan.
This position sits within an internationally respected hospitality group with a portfolio of signature properties across Europe, recognised for their design-led concepts, refined service culture and strong commercial performance. This is more than a traditional GM role, it is a flagship leadership position within a high-profile luxury property in one of Europe’s most iconic cities.
You will hold full operational and commercial responsibility for the hotel, driving performance across all departments while elevating guest experience, brand positioning and team engagement. The property is well established and positioned for continued growth and refinement.
Requirements:
- Current General Manager within a luxury 5* hotel, or an exceptional Hotel Manager / Operations Director ready to step into their first GM role
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure
- Experience within luxury or lifestyle-led hospitality
- Inspirational leadership style with strong team development capability
- Understanding of international luxury clientele
- Italian and English fluency preferred
