Hotel General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager

with fluency in Italian

to lead the operations of a high-end hospitality property. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in hotel management, operational excellence, and guest experience in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the day-to-day hotel operations across all departments

Drive service excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction

Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Implement and maintain effective operational policies and procedures

Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team, ensuring strong employee engagement and performance

Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and brand standards

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy and revenue growth

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.

Strong background in luxury hotels is highly preferred

Native or fluent Italian speaker

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
