We are recruiting on behalf of a beautiful 5* hotel located in the Italian Alps.
The hotel operates on a seasonal basis (winter and summer), with a short inter-season closure. With upcoming infrastructure developments, there is strong potential for future year-round operations.
Recognized as one of the leading properties in its destination, the hotel demonstrates excellent performance and level of service.
We are seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the property.
As a privately owned hotel without corporate support, this role requires a hands-on and entrepreneurial leader with a broad operational and commercial skillset, capable of independently managing all aspects of the business while maintaining exceptional service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations across all departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa)
- Ensure outstanding guest experience and service quality
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team
- Manage budget, financial performance, and cost control
- Drive commercial strategy, including pricing, distribution, and partnerships
- Maintain property standards, safety, and supplier relationships
IDEAL PROFILE
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel leadership role
- Background in seasonal and/or mountain destinations (essential)
- Hands-on, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills (Italian & English required)
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and revenue management
