Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group , an international hospitality group with over 11 hotels across Europe . Located in Via dei Bossi , just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience.
For our opening team , we are currently looking for a:
Front Office & Concierge Agent
The selected candidate will join the Front Office team and play a key role in creating a customer experience where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and truly prioritized throughout their stay .
Key Responsibilities
- Managing Front Office activities (check-in / check-out)
- Handling reservations and using the PMS
- Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge service
- Recommending restaurants, events and experiences in Milan
- Coordinating daily operations with the housekeeping team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in boutique or luxury hotels
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French, Spanish or Arabic preferred)
- Strong service mindset, accuracy, and flexibility
What We Offer
- Full-time contract from 16 march 2026 (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
- Shift schedule: 07:00–15:30 / 15:00–23:30 (30-minute break included) + 2/3 night shifts per week on a rotating basis
- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week .
