Job Title : Hotel Director

We are seeking a visionary and experienced General Manager to lead the operational launch of our 5-star hotel in the Umbrian countryside.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the property's overall strategy, performance, and profitability
• Lead with high integrity and alignment with Accor's core values
• Build trust with team members and cultivate a positive guest experience
• Develop strategies for increasing profitability and enhancing the guest experience
• Ensure employee training and development
• Manage staff, coordinate daily activities, and handle complaints
• Use data in problem-solving and accurately measure impact

Requirements

• Current working experience as General Manager
• Experience in Luxury hospitality
• Knowledge of F&B operations and Revenue & Sales
• Budget management skills
• Organizational and managerial skills
• Professionalism and courtesy
• Negotiation skills
